B. Zip Lock Bag or Styrofoam tray. No extra charge

C. Folded label. Sheppard's Flies. With fly in polybag. Extra $0.05 to the price of each fly.

D. Folded label with your Business Name. Fly in polybag.

Extra $0.05 to the price of each fly.

E. Blister Pack with name, size of fly. Your business name and phone number can be included for an extra $0.30
